Accuracy Question

I have squared my machine and it's fine that way. But my X axis is consistently short. 1/16th of an inch over 8 feet. The y axis is dead on.

Thoughts? and yes I have a call in to Shopbot but had to leave a message.

I got a call back from Frank. He helped me through the unit values. Mine are now unequal but it works. now cutting accurately in both X and Y axises. Shopbot should be everyone's model of what customer service should be. Thanks
