You want all these characteristics in one living human.....jeeeez aren't we greedy. The last person that I knew that had all qualities went into business for himself. I believe in teamwork now because in order to get all the requirements I need in a single person I had to hire four and the only way to get four frontal lobes on the same page was to call them a team. Like Eric said, its Monday morning and I am still trying to get the "team" aligned in the same direction for the balance of the week. LOL

I think I hired this guy once...

steady history, he was always a poor performer.

ability to think ahead, he planned his "out of work" excuses for Monday every Friday.

reliability, you could count on him messing up without a doubt.

self motivation, very self motivated about himself, always wanted to do what he wanted to do.

communication, talked to his girlfriends constantly with occasional conversations with law enforcement.

ability to learn and follow company guidelines and methods, well... he's not perfect. He could learn them and then figure out how to avoid them while presenting the illusion of following them.
