Can you point me in a direction of a work instruction for it? Like hold downs, bits, RPMs, jigs and stuff like that?

I saw that drag knife when I went to shopbot for training, I am considering getting one.

We offer multiple resources for learning to use the drag knife. The FAQ is probably the best place to start and get a basic understanding of how things work.

The videos section of the web site has some great pointers. I'd start with the CNC basics section and then move to the tutorials. There is a vectric tutorial that covers cutting vinyl. The SheetCAM tutorial gives even greater details on how the knife actually works and how corner actions are used and generated.
