32 bit or 64 bit? on Desktop

HI,
i quick question...does the Shopbot software run on 32 or 64 bit version.
I have a 32 bit version of windows XP and I habe software issues. giving me an error message to load SB settings.

The ShopBot software is 32 bit. It will run happily on XP 32 bit.

When you first run it you need to make sure that you've installed the drivers (as prompted) and loaded the correct settings for your machine.

The message to load the settings isn't really an error. It's prompting you to load the correct settings.

I got it to work with my desktop (64bit) but wont work on my laptop. from what I can tell I got the 64 bit software version on a USB stick. I will email tomorrow and find out form shopbot
