I have a stack of sintra to cut shallow 90 degree v-groove lines in and am looking for best bit, feed and speed to get a clean line and no sluff left in it. I'm running an Alpha. Last time I did this I just used the bit I had on hand and the results were a bit hit and miss as they supplied no-name pvc.
