Anyone cut 2" pink foam?
I read up on foam cutting but that was blue and 1".

Any help would be great.

Thanks,

Cuts brilliantly and is fantastic for introducing students to machining 3D as you simply cant break cutters. Did all our early learning on the stuff.

Kyle…
Pink is extruded Styrofoam just like the blue… Just another manufacturer. Blue is Dow, pink is Owens Corning. Actually, Styrofoam is a Dow trademarked name… as for differences between pink or blue, I find more differences between year of manufacturer than I do the manufacturer!

For the uninitiated, Steve K. contributed that image and data for the article “Router Bit Basics” that I edited several years back… It has served many well! Thanks Steve!
