I have about 15 4x8 ACM (Like DiBond) boards. All big shapes. I am using a straight 1/4in bit. Is it okay to make all of the cuts in one pass? Or, should I cut them in two passes?

I cut large shapes of ACM with a 3/16 2 flute end mill in 1 pass
