Thanks for pics George, In the first 4 pics using the cover gasket what was the spoilboard material?
Also for that button hold down sketch you made me, were you recommending pulling through MDF after skimming both sides and sealing edges and then covering the entire surface with your cover gasket?

We used MDF but I would not recommend it to inconsistent. I would use a solid piece of hdpe or something along those lines. if you get me the size of the button, roughly the size of the material you are cutting the buttons out of, and the bit that you are using to cut the buttons out with. I will get you on the right track for a fixture set up
