HDPE collecting on bit.

I cut HDPE at my job and recently it has been collecting on the bit ending up on the plastic melting or not getting cut correctly, How do I solve this?

This is a 1/8" Ball nose, 3.0 feed, 14000 RPM

I'm going to lower the RPM to 12500 to see if that makes a difference.

All I'm doing is cutting out numbers.
