ShopBot Newbie.

I need to cut 300 sheets of thin HDPE (.030 and .035 mils). The pieces are relatively large and simple. 2 to 10 pieces will be cut out of 32 x 54 sheets of HDPE.

Any recommendations for bits, speeds, etc. would be most appreciated.
Also, Given the flexible nature of the HDPE, do you think it is necessary to leave an onion skin? Once the material is partially cut the remainder could easily be cut with scissors or a utility knife but that is a whole lot of hand cutting.

Thanks in advance for your guidance.

Karrie, First of all-I know nothing about cutting this, But Sean would be able to tell you if this was a good application for his drag knife.

I'd consider using a pressure foot and small bit.
