Thanks for the compliments Joe i feel its my best work in Newfoundland .Since the beginning of the year Ive been using cherry staying away from tinted birch
Scott wait i will post better pictures
the fluted columns done on the indexing head 60 inches long had to spend a better part of a day to move the indexing head to work
the finishing min-wax English chestnut stain the watco danish oil.will spray 5 coat water based polyurethane .was going to try 2 coats of shellac but backed off due to little experience doing what i know best .I will not tint the customer is letting me do what i feel is best to bring out the grain .We lucked out on the wood it was a thrill to work with all parts are stained and oiled ready for spraying Monday

Thanks for the compliments .I did put the article on the web site .I didn't put a testimonial page on my web site mainly because shop in my area they write there own
My son is giving me a kick in the ass to go back after a couple week after install take photos .Which i not doing .Looking at getting a wide angle lens my photo compared to the magazine is **** because it the end of the install and I'm half dead its dark. What I'm learning is a cheap kitchen with the right photo looks like million dollars

I put my money where my moth .Went and visited after 1 month they didn't finish putting the plates at the top.But it was a pleasure they where happy with my work .I took a risk with the concrete I call it "A river run thorough it " very difficult to take a picture .I need lots of practice or invest in better camera. But this part of the job is so important
