Adding Onsrud Surfacing Bit to Tool Database

Trying to add Onsrud surfacer #91-000 to tool database so I can surface a board. When trying to add it, what is the tool type? Any other parameters that you could recommend would also be appreciated. Thanks

Set it up as an end mill.

I always ramp in on the toolpath when using mine as well
