I'm cutting a few hundred 24x18" panels out of 3/16" ultraboard. I can get a nice cut, but the dust is killing me. I have a huge, two-bag vac system attached to the spindle. I'm running two passes to help clear out particles lodged in the cuts. I've even stuffed dryer sheets into the skirt of the vacuum to drag along the material as the spindle moves to reduce static. All these methods are effective, but it's not enough. Even after cleaning by hand, the dust just seems to keep coming back.
I'm looking for some solutions from the vets out there who have more tricks up their sleeves. What else can I do to eliminate this static-charged nuisance?
