Can anyone tell me where to find bamboo plywood? I know this sounds simple, but there is a hug variety of garbage out there and I cannot nail down a reliable source with decent pricing. Looking for full sheets in smallish quantities. Thanks guys.

Judging by G's "Watch Winder" project;

this is the upper end of the spectrum;

No personal experience though, but I bookmarked it.

Dixie ply does not have a branch in San Diego!
They sell a brand called Plyboo:

It's nice quality. Not cheap as I recall but not horrible when compared to other "exotics"

Thanks guys. I found a few sources out here and it basically runs $200 for a 3/4" sheet. Plyboo sold at Cali bamboo was the most expensive distributor for the fong plywood with prices ranges from $250-275/sheet. Pretty sure everyone gets this ply from the same manufacturer and adds on their markup.
