Shopbot PRT output 4

Hi just got my shopbot working after buying a used one with a faulty driver card. I noticed that output 4 goes active when I run the positioning dialog (XY and Z moves) and any program. How do I switch this off and have output 4 and output 3 active only when I run a program and both off at program end?

Output 4 is the warning flash that you see in the position window (could also be tied to an external warning light if desired) and depending on if you have something set up for output 3, you may have it set wrong in VI (Values input output switch modes). Default is '0'
