With the holiday yesterday I apologize for such short notice, but do not worry this will be recorded!

Please join me this Wednesday at 1:00pm EDT for a online training session covering CNC Joinery.

These joints would be way to complicated to cut and duplicate by hand, so using our software and ShopBots we are able to cut out these intricate joints. We will look at several joints, tolerances, strengths/weaknesses, applications and much more.

I hope you can join us for this for this session but if you cannot do not worry it will be recorded and posted on our website.

Have a great week.

Thanks, TJ

I would love to attend "live" but will be at my day job. Could you cover your (shopbot) famous screw and t-nut joint in this session or perhaps another time? You know, the one that holds the handibot together and is seen a lot in your shop furnishings. If I could get some tips on this I think I'd use them quite a bit.

thanx

I'm sure you have your "lesson plan" already set up, so let me ask...will any of these joints be cut in a vertical configuration? If so could you show how to make any of the jigs or holdowns you will be using?

I will be showing a variety of joinery that are all cut flat. However I will be showing resources to other types of configuration. The jig/hold down could/should be a whole separate topic for a training, I will put it on the list. Thanks

Great turnout today. Thank you everyone for your participation, we really covered a lot in a short amount of time. I am posting the recorded 30 minutes of lesson plan, but for anyone who has not attended before we go for another hour and a half of informal show and tell, tips tricks, what's new, etc. I can even make other people the presenters and they can show their screen, files, etc.

Again, thank you everyone!! Great group. Here are the Youtube video to watch and the downloadable version of todays session.
