Spindle return springs ?

Are these springs available?
I have a PRT 120 x 60 and a 5 hp spindle. I have not replaced them since I bought it.
Is it safe to assume that the weaken over time?

SB has them. Call with exact info and they will make sure they send out the right ones. I have never replaced mine in ten years though and my spindle (same one) does not drop when the power is off so I figure they are fine and I'm pretty sure I re-cycled the same springs when I rebuilt from PRT to PRS with new style z, which I recall them saying they are the same springs for the same spindle.
I think SB also has an air-shock replacement kit that is supposed to be more reliable, but of course for more money than the springs.

Coil springs = good. Coiled leaf springs (circa 1999-2002) = bad. SB sells what you need. Be sure to tell them what size spindle you have so they can match the spring rate.
