Mounted Bottle Openers

A while back a really nice 6-pack Tote came up in the free projects. It has since become the "Oh **** I forgot to get ____ a gift for ____" file.
I was thinking it would be cool to step it up a notch and mount a bottle opener to the side of it. I have been looking online but cant find one with a right footprint. I was hoping for a small round one like you see on hat brims and belt buckles... anyone got any clues?

I actually have a ring bottle opener, got a bunch of them on clearance for $0.03/ea at spencers but my fingers are to boney! I can open a bottle with just about anything but I figured as a gift item having an opener mounted to it would be perfect. I was trying to find those small round disc like openers you see embeded in everything in a novelty shop but just can't seem to find a source. I think I have an idea based off the instructable I shared above, if it works I will post it
