Spindle Not Working after 3 of 5 tool paths?

Have a good sized sign on the bot and down to the last two toolpaths, when I change the bit, zero and then cut file but, no cutting however it is going to the position when I hit the "stop" button just before it drives a big gouge in the almost finished sign.
I have rebooted the computer, shut off the control box and turned it back on and started the warm-up routine to make sure the spindle was working..it was working so i went to the cut file again same results.
I have done the same routine at least two more times..just in case, but, now I see an error message on the VFD of "EF4" cannot find my manuals at this time...would love to finish this sign before I have to throw away another sign on Corafoam. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I know this sounds strange but check your cut file to be sure that it has something like this:

TR,12000 'Set spindle RPM
'
'
'Turning router ON
SO,1,1


This will prompt you to hit the spindle on button.

Thanks Joe, I did check to see if it was that one path only but the other paths that cut before all had the same code but this time did not engage the spindle. Probably something loose in the control box but, thanks for the info.
