While tracking down the reason for a dead bot (it was working when I shut it down yesterday), I removed the line fuses to test continuity. After removing them I noticed that two are 15 amp and one is 30… I don’t know which is which. Can someone with an 06 era Alpha check and see for me… Please?

The most probably solution is that the 15A go with the two red wires and the one 30A goes with the black wire. It's tough to say from the photo, but the black wire appears to be a larger guage which also suggests it is the 30A line. If you trace what all the wires feed, you could probably learn a bit more as well.

You should have a wiring diagram that came with your machine (possibly in the door compartment). Otherwise, here's a list of all of them with PDF's (http://www.shopbottools.com/ShopBotDocs/wiring.htm), if you can find your box number.
I'd have the same assumption as Sean, but best to find out for sure. Mine's a 2007, but I'm not near it to take a look. Trace back on the wiring, the 30 amp one would be for power to the box electronics and the 15 amp ones for router contactor and 24/5 volt power supplies.

Sean & Scott…
My schematic has never been in my control box even though there’s a spot for it… I went on a treasure hunt and found the old three ring binder that came with the bot and found a manila envelop with the schematics inside… Sean was right, the black wire is the 30 amp one.
Just for grins, I followed Scotts link, found my box number and schematic number, but they linked to a different power diagram… one with four fuses. :( I’m glad mine only has three, they’re expensive enough as it is!
A 30 amp and one 15 amp fuse are blown… not sure where to start looking, I don’t want to blow very many of these hunting! I thought about jerry rigging (an old WWII term I grew up with) circuit breakers across the fuses but I would lose the current limiting feature of the CCMR fuse. Guess I’ll wait until after the holiday and get some tips from SB!

A quick follow-up here…
Replacing the burned out fuses cured all ills… not sure why they blew. I’m going to assume they were weakened by the lightning strike I received a few months back…that one took out my control board.
