I knocked off the Y zero limit switch on my desktop. Re-glued it on, but now the Y zero is 7/64 th to the back of the machine. How do I re-zero the Y limit switch to the existing lower left corner of my machine permanently?

go into the tools TS and you can set the offset for X and Y I think it is the 3rd screen

George,
What glue did you use?
Thinking you may have problems leaving prox at Y + 7/64's as Y hardstop on mine is 18.185" and you wouldn't be able to cut a full 24X18" easily.
I had Shopbot set an additional prox on Y-18+ and took it off with razor blade thinking I could squeak a little more Y out of it(WRONG!). Should have left it alone, as I wound up Superglue Gel'ing it 3 times before i got it back to exactly where it was at 18.151.
Looking at Y,0 not really sure how to make permanent, but if you can get it off with a straight edge razor, I might recommend getting it back as close as possible to original.
Maybe use a VBit and get as close to Y,0 as you can, and then MY, -.5 and reglue?
Measured mine as close as possible, and got left edge of switch Inwards of right end of rail measurement of .394", but mine was an August 2013 build, and it may be different.
Between the 2 Desktops we had 2 of the additional X,Y switches fall off in the first month, but since using Superglue Gel nothing has fallen off since.
Hope any of that helped.

Thanks, I will look at tools TS when I get back in a week. I used super glue 6 months ago. It holding well. In one of TJs webnar he talked about what to do. But it was to fast for me to understand.
