Earlier this year, I noticed mention of a vise that would hold wood vertically, for making tenons, etc. The vise was fastened to the end of the Shopbot.
It was made by a Canadian company, as I recall. Made of metal.
Haven't been able to locate it...I slipped and didn't keep track of the vise (URL or manufacturer).
If anyone can provide a link to the manufacturer, or to the article that had a picture of it, I'd much appreciate it.
I am aware of several DIY vises that have been mentioned in the Forum. But, since this would be for the Shopbot at the nearby maker facility, a purchased, metal unit would be my preference.
But the DIY articles do provide an alternative.
