Hey all, I know this is a little over-the-top but I used my ShopBot Desktop to make a very OCD drill bit organizer:

Nice set up for the drill organizer. Would you share the drawing of the bits trays..

Cool Job Nick. I really like it overall. :cool:
You might be able to get more bits per drawer with a slight change. Moving the finger grab to one side and setting the size parallel to the bit. In this quickly I can see I could compress the bits a bit more maintaining functionality. Thinking about it now, the finger grab could be a .5" pocket across all bits to get even more bits in. The bit pockets need a chamfer or round over like you have on yours.
