up the "House of Signs" in Frisco Colorado. A few months ago he teamed up with Perry, who's a master signs artist from Greece. Some of you may remember him for the international sign fest he sponsored a few years ago. About 100 sign artist enjoyed a heck of a good time sharing techniques and idea's for a week. Perry organized a wonderful event.

Today these fellows are setting all kinds records by creating beautiful signs.

Hats off to you guys.

Joe I knew it was going to be a good post if YOU liked it! ;) My first impression is this, isn't it wonderful what happens when you break SOME design rules! Vertical text, text running in two different directions, mixed fonts, just wonderful, thank you for posting! Russ

Michael,

Lets not sell ourselves short. We all have tons of talent laying dormant, ready to be developed. The words "I Can't" or "I Never Could Draw Anything" are predictions that will come true. I know lots of these artists personally and see the mistakes they make while developing a finished piece. It takes lots of hard work. Working through a design concept is like a math problem. You keep at it until a solution is reached.

I'd suggest attending one of the creative workshops in order to rub shoulders with some these fellows. Mike Meyers conducts lots of them. Youtuble is a good place to see what's available.

The point being, This is not a case of have and have-nots. It's dedication and hard work for all of us.
