PRT Alpha set up????

I have a PRT Alpha Shopbot
Because of computer hardware issues, I had to hook up another computer to my shop bot.
I am looking to verify all settings (table limits, perimeters, switches, limits etc.) I have tried everything I can think of and still am getting a "wrong tool warning" when trying to run a simple .crv file.
I don't think that my table is set up correctly at 0/0 as the carriage has run off the rails twice.
Is there any type of service available where tech. can take remote control of my shopbot software and help correct these issues???

In a previous post here and on Vectric, I believe that tool numbering may be your issue, basically you can only go up to 19 for the main spindle/router.

Head 1 (Z) tools are #1...#19
Head 2 (A) tools are #21...#29 (Only used if you have a 2nd Z)
Drill 1 (Z) tools are #31...#39 (Only used if you have an air drill)
Drill 2 (Z) tools are #41...#49 "
Drill 3 (A) tools are #51...#59 "
Drill 4 (A) tools are #61...#69 "

On ours,
Drill #1 is tool 31
Drill #2 is tool 32
