zeroing x,y not working:

Hi botters

all of a sudden , when I try and zero the x,y axes, the x travels to its stop point but the display shows as if it is continuing to go past 0 into negative numbers.....

any ideas?

never mind...... Tom at tech support hooked me up! most likely culprit is MDF crud on the prox switch. I'm not at work today but will check it out when I get to work tomorrow.
