Why does the edge of the materials i cut comes out jagged rather i am cutting PVC, foam, acrylic or wood? And the part i don't want is the one that stays nice.
The cut out is jagged and part left that i dont want is nice?

Sounds like you are cutting in the climb direction in your toolpath commands. Change to conventional and that should do the trick.

If you cut into the material 75% of the way, do you still have the problem?

An Onsrud told us that you look at the waste and if the edge is better reverse the direction of the cut.

"Don't throw away your best edge"
Climb vs Conventional. If the trash looks better, switch it.
