Trouble using Vectric Gift program

Hi All.

First, unfortunately downloading/uploading files has never been my strong suit. But, I can normally manage.

I want to make the Christmas tree or angel wings from the vectric site as an exercise, but my program complains that the file is "unsupported." I run vcarve pro, have the latest patch (8.024 or so) and have tried several times, also with partworks.

Bob, did you unzip the file? Depending on your OS, you might be able to right click on the downloaded file (which is a compressed zip file) and choose to extract it. After that, you should have a file that you can use.

If you don't have that right click option, you'll need to download and install a zip utility like 7-Zip (free) or WinZip.
