Larry, Had a friend with a homemade ask me the same question 2 days ago.
No problems here at anytime using Firefox, but I asked Dan if he fixed it.
Here's his reply;
"their site kicked us off for some reason so we changed our IP address and fixed the problem at least for now. don.t know why."
no weather up here yet
Good luck,
scott

I haven't been able to get either the Vectric home or forum since early this week. I can get the customer portal and design and make, but nothing else. I think other people are having problems with this also. I sent them an e-mail, but haven't heard back. they may not have gotten it. I keep getting the message that my computer may not have some or all of the network protocols. I did a Google search on this and have tried everything suggested but no luck. I have Windows 10 and this problem is a popular topic on Google with people having this type of problem....joe

Joe that's pretty much the same here. No forum or Vectric but the portal and lab works
hopfully someone from Vectric will respond.
What search tool are you using? I am using internet explorer and have been told that may be the problem if they, Vectric, has updated their site and the patches failed on those search engines.??
i guess it's wait and see.

Both Vectric.com and Portal.Vectric.com open fine here using Chrome. I suggest trying another browser just for the heck of it.

Hello Larry,
I have replied to your support ticket to the Vectric helpdesk, if you can let me have the requested information,
I will try to sort this out for you.
Joe, I think you might be seeing a different problem, the user account that you mentioned that you were tying
to sign-in to the forum with, is not that one that you signed up with.
Did you receive my reply from the support ticket? The ticket is still open on our system awaiting your reply.
Cheers, Mark.

Well, this is getting stranger...in the few minutes since I posted the above reply, I tried to get on the Vectric website and forum and It worked!!! However, when I tried to sign in , it said my user name and password was incorrect or invalid. Mark Moran is trying to reach me but his e-mails are going to my wife's e-mail and she is forwarding to me. Anyway, Mark, she will try to answer for me and get this straightened out. Thanks again for your reply...joe
