I've been working on a friend's ShopBot, and we've been dealing with a long-standing problem that I'd like to solve: the TR commanded speed is ignored by the VFD (V1000).
For example, in the warmup script, it starts the spindle but the speed remains at whatever setting it had.
Using the Tool->Set RPM command, we can change the speed, but this is very tedious (especially since the VFD is powered off after each tool change, thus resetting the speed to a default).
The spindle on/off state does seem to be commanded normally by the software, just not the speed. Any ideas? I did check the Local/Remote setting, and that clearly affects the on/off state, so that's correct (I tested it).
