60x120 PRS Alpha, 5hp HSD,single valve air drill, SB Control v3.6.46, SB link 1.0.19

Just had to reinstall everything after my laptop crashed. I've run the SB link the last few years with no problems. I cut all my cabinet parts with a 3/8" in the spindle and a 5mm in the air drill. Everything is back up and working with the exception of the air drill. As soon as the file is run, output 5 turns on and plunges the drill...then tries to jog to the first drilling position before the spindle raises to the safe height for drilling. The drill bit breaks and messes up the sheet. I always zero to the top of the material. Is there something in the MTC file that needs changing? I tried getting hold of Ryan at shopbot today but I think they're closed due to snow. Hoping somebody can help me out before Monday.

Here's a screenshot of the start of the file...

You may need to check your safe Z variables for the air drill. I have not had this issue, but recently made a change to the subroutine programming to get the spindle to return to 1" off the spoilboard after zeroing the air drill bit height. My guess is that during your reboot, one of the variables for the air drill got messed up. Maybe take a look at your Drill Offset.sbp file located in c:SbParts folder.

OK, thanks, I will look at that.

I guess the problem was in the MTC file. Ryan from Shopbot sent me a new one and it works fine now. Thanks Ryan.
