I am trying to pocket 12 holes in a dowel 1.9" dia. when I preview the job before cutting, there are 12 pocketed holes, HOWEVER, when I cut the part there are 11 holes, evenly spaced but only 11.
The indexer will pocket the last hole a second time,
So the program is telling the shopbot to pocket 12 holes but the indexer rotates 360' and will pocket 11 holes ?
Any body have any solutions ?

Set it up to pocket 13 holes...then see if you get 12. This might just be a case of spacing.

Yes That will probably work however If I was to carve a image or text, the problem will still be there. I feel there is a communication issue between Vcarve software and the control board on the desktop. the indexer uses degrees not inches so I don't understand why the 12th hole is re pocketed in hole 1. And to be more confusing, the indexer rotates 360 degrees.
I have sent a request to Vectric a few days ago, but no response, that kind of tells me it is not their problem but with the communication to the control board on the desktop ?

Have you verified that it is arrayed for 30 degrees between each hole center?
You're total array may need to be programmed over 330 degrees, but I have not done indexer programming.

Dasco my 2 cents
I will try to explain , First I do not use V Carve , I am using ArtCam Pro . Keep in mind this is a flat file before its wrapped 1.9 inch dia X 3.14 = 5.966 , I made an example file 5.966 Y and 12 inch X I placed 11 circles at .2" Y and 11 circles at 5.8" now 10 in each row are with in drawing area and 2 are outside drawing area , the reason the indexer is rotating 360 is to reach the machining (as in my example the ones at 5.8")now the two that are outside the drawing area it will not Z down on every software handles things differently , You did not post picture of your file , Hope this help you understand better , I'm generally not good explaining in words , so I'll add a couple of screen shots

After rereading your post and Brady"s , And Bleeth"s hole 1 and hole 12 are in the same place when the file is wrapped 0" and 5.966 , spacing as Brady said , 330 deg as Bleeth , blue holes same place ,, green holes will give you the results you are looking for , in the second picture my courser is at hole 1 and 12 when wrappedhttp://www.talkshopbot.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=27176&stc=1http://www.talkshopbot.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=27177&stc=1

Place your 1st hole at 1/24th {circumference} (12 holes * 2) in X (for example) then array copy 11 more at 1/12th {circumference}. This put them on the odd (1,3,5,7,9 etc.) 24th points, keeps them on the model and cuts all 12 correctly

First, thanks to all for helping.
After reading the above comments, I may have built my file wrong, here is what I did.
In the wrapping mode, I entered my dia as 1.9" and filled in the rest,
that gave me a rectangle on the screen, then I drew a vector from the top to the bottom
and clicked on array to enter 12 circles at .200 dia, then went in to tool paths
and pocketed the holes, and yes there was a half hole on the top of my rectangle and a half at the bottom.
I thought this would be correct because after the rectangle was wrapped these half holes would line up for the first or last hole.
During the pocketing on the desk top, it did pocket all 12 holes but pocketed the last hole twice ? it indexed past 360 degrees, ? correct.
Gary: are you saying I should have individually located the circles rather than using the array option.
