Desktop y axis

First post here, hope your bots are running great!

My desktop jams a lot at any point along the y axis. I am cutting mostly solid surface materials and losing a lot of it trying to figure all of this out. Speed & ramps do not seem to matter as it has been changed from slower to normal values many times. The linear rails do not seem to be a factor . I think it's jamming underneath. Do you have any suggestions for me. I appreciate any likely answer because I can use all of them to try for resolve.

Hi Kyle, once it is freed up its fine but, as, I run a file its not minutes and then it jams anywhere along the axis.
