Please join us on Saturday, April 30, 2016 for the San Antonio Camp ShopBot!
The San Antonio Camp will be held at:
Southwest School of Art
Sculpture and Integrated Media Department (SIMD)
1200 Navarro St.
San Antonio TX 78205
*Room location and other details will be emailed out 1 week prior to the camp for those registered.
Camp ShopBots are free 1-day events organized, lead and sponsored by ShopBot Tools, Inc. They feature topic-based presentations, Q&A sessions, face to face networking with other ShopBot users as well as guest speakers.
Our host is Justin Boyd, Chair of the Sculpture and Integrated Media Department.
Topics will include Understanding Chipload Calculations, Cutting Plastics and Aluminum, Machine Maintenance, and more.
**And, we highly encourage you to bring one or more ShopBot projects for the Show and Tell Session. It is a great way to share your own work and see specific techniques in person. If you do client commissions or large scale work, feel free to bring photographs.**

Camps are FREE to attend with lunch included, but we ask that you register.
Camp Schedule:
8:30- 9am: Meet & Greet and morning refreshments
9am- Noon: Morning presentations
Noon- 1pm: Lunch
1- 1:30pm: Show and Tell session
1:30- 4pm: Afternoon presentations
Camp will wrap up no later than 4:30pm
Please note that Camps are primarily about tips, technique ideas, inspiration and networking. Camps are not the same as “training”. If you have any questions, feel free to email : thea.eck @ shopbottools.com
