What is your hold down method on something like this?
I use wood strips that I screw down to the table. Sort of pinches the wood in place.

I cut two every 14 minutes. in 8 hour I end up with 64 blanks ready to route, sand and finish. We wholesale them at $20.00 each. While these were cutting I was sanding and finishing the work from Monday.

They have rounded edges I cut them out with the cnc using a .25 bit. no pictures closer.. I sand everything with 220 grit then spray.
