ya sign foam is scary though caring is where I screw up the least. when doing expensive stuff I do a lot of checks I use a pen to draw the sign onto the foam so I can check placement. I do a air cut I check the simulation on the machine zero the bit then drop it down and check the hight to make sure it is right.
