View Full Version : Spring loaded bit?
I'm looking for something similar to the diamond drag bit that has a spring in it, but for actual router bits
I saw one before and cannot seem to find it

here you go. I have one and it works but it has its limitations with bits 3/16" and 9000rpmsplus it is expensive https://www.2linc.com/engraving_mini.htm

Are these an optimal solution for doing glass engravings with a pocketing toolpath?
A diamond drag bit won't last me - I'm doing 5ft images so I'm looking for a good method without using etching cream

I don't use diamond I just had a carbide bit sharpened and it works. though I can't remember if I have used it with glass or not it has been a long time.
