Member asks for email, but no email link?

I have a shopbot for sale on the forum, and I keep getting responses from people who ask me to shoot them an email. When I click on their usernames, there is no link for email, just for PM, so I guess they didn't check the box to allow email from members. I send PMs, but no response. Am I missing something? I can't tell whether they are seeing my PMs to them or not.

I wonder if some people have clicked on the wrong buttons in settings. I'd sure like to sell that ShopBot!
