Need FreeDoors....anyone have a copy?

Hey folks, I have Mike Richards latest update to his doors.exe program which runs under the FreeDoors program by Bruce Clark, but do not have the freedoors executable file. I believe the file name is FreeDoorsU40.exe Does anyone have this and willing to share it?
