What would be the best method for gluing 3/4" 4x8 sheets of pink foam insulation to sheets of 4m white coroplast?
25-30 sheets
Will spray adesive or contact cement eat the foam insulation? Gorilla glue, silicone?

a water based glu is fine. they make them in sprays but when your doing that many sheets cans would be very expensive. there are water based contact glues you use a roller

Thanks Steve, I will look into the water based glue and probably just roll it on. Time consuming yes, but this actually isn't a paying job. It is something I think I am going to make to solve a problem in my shop. Will post picks once complete. I hope to get the material all purchased next week.

wonder if you could use one of those wagner cheap airless sprayers? a friend buys these pressurized canisters of contact cement and has a gun to spray it on.

We use the canisters and if you check you may be able to get a free gun and hose.
