My dust shoe hits the right side of the Mini Enclosure at the full extent of the X axis. It over extends the enclosure by about 1 ½". Do I need to adjust the stop?

Also, even though I built a massive steel stand, I get movement and vibration that shakes the table during a cut. I have installed a flex-arm PC stand and as the parts are cut it swings the computer. Does the PC need to be on a different table to isolate vibration or does it matter? I'm concerned the movement might crash the hard drive.

Unless you have a system with a solid state hard drive I would say move it.
