On a few projects recently I have noticed that my pockets are undersized.
The depth is correct. For example I drew a series of 1" squares and used three different tool paths to cut them using a new 1/8" dia bit.
The profile outside measures 1.009"
The profile inside measures 0.988"
The pocket measure 0.980"
Shouldn't I expect a higher tolerance from the pocket tool path?
