Just started working with delrin and cintra. Wondering what tools and speeds amd such anyone might be using

Sintra is real easy to work with I like these bits when I cut it. I run them at 10,000 rpm and 4.5 ips at .125 depth

sintra cuts with anything including a knife. I usually only use a 1/8" bit sometimes a 1/16" when cutting really small pieces. I usually use a straight bit to make sure all the parts stay in place. a climb cut will keep the shavings stuck on the scrap.
