looking for new pignons

I would like to order a set of pignons for my Shop bot PRS standart 96"*60"

I try to write to SB but i have no answer

You are referring to pinion gears I assume. The Shopbot site has an international contact page.

If you do not get an answer the same business day something is wrong. They are extremely prompt and 100% reliable.
BTW those pinions are cheap and designed to wear out rather than the expensive racks they move. I keep an extra set on hand and change probably more often than I need to, but then I never have problems with the machine. Make sure you give shopbot good information on your machine. Just calling it a PRS will not cut it. Serial number if you can. There are only a few different pinions but international mail is expensive, so try to get the right thing on the first go. Carefully count the number of teeth on the pinions you have might be helpful.
