Does anybody know if it is possible to move between imperial and metric measurements within VCarve and the Shopbot? We have the files for a project that is in metric but we currently are set up for the imperial system. It would be nice to be able to move from one to the other depending on the files that are being cut.
Thanks in advance for your help!

What kind of files? PDF, EPS, ect... If this is the case you do not need to done anything just import them in and go.

They are all dxf files. So, I am assuming I need to set VCarve to work in metric? Any changes need to be made with sb3 software?

Here is one way to make it work:
Set your job up in imperial for your desired material size. Name & save the file
Go back to job setup and swap to metric units
import your DXF, center in material
Go back to job setup and swap to Inches
Save the file
Arrange, modify and toolpath as normal
