I have a friend asked me to make some word cutouts on my CNC for her.
She is looking for words like "Peace" "Welcome" "Merry Christmas" as well as some others. She sent me this example of Welcome that she likes:

Anybody know what font this is, or where I can get the DXF files for this or other word/phrase files ready to cut? I run Aspire 4.0.
thanks for the help.

Look in your font library. There are usually several script fonts and most work well for those signs. I've made many with different words using various fonts.
You could also look at dafont.

This one is pretty close. I input heavy script fonts into Google and then selected images. Show samples of the selected fonts. Russ

Thanks guys, with those looks like I can make something work.
and on a side note, do not, whatever you do, DO NOT put an "s" on the end of dafont when you go to the website. I've never had my computer freak out like that before (virus site, so don't try it to see what I'm talking about)
The Welcome letters in your image almost looks hand done or purposely made to appear hand done.
Wrexham font also can be called Script Bold but it's different that the image.
The characteristics of it are that the letters are vertical rather than slanted, like the majority of scripts, and there are flat parts on some ends and rounded parts on other ends. The inside of the lower case e opening appears different from one to the other.
A nice chunky script I like to use is called Creampuff. It's not the same as the font in the image either. It is a slanted font but looks good when compressed narrower or extended wider.
