For sale is a Shopbot PRT Standard with lots of upgrades.
Purchased in Nov, 2014. Wooden table, upgraded to steel table (custom built)
Upgraded to 4kw air-cooled spindle (single phase) - plus 1 spare
Also includes 2.2 air-cooled spindle
One of the original PRT motor control boards went out, so we replaced the whole thing with a CNC router parts 4-axis motor system (This one (http://www.cncrouterparts.com/4-axis-digital-plug-and-play-nema-34-system-p-132.html))
I'm selling the old controller and motors as well, if anyone needs any spares.
Lots of clamps. No vacuum table.
PC/monitor included.
Jet Dust Collector and lots of 4" hose.
Lots of nice bits 1/4in and 1/2in, upcut, downcut, compression.
We used this to cut 1" ply into shapes (these (http://bilderhoos.com/)) but we've since outsourced it to a furniture maker.
Everything works great - low hours on the new controller and motors.
Located in Olympia, Wa. I can freight it anywhere or give demos if you're local. Delivery is possible as well, if you're not too far.
