I usually only get this when the bit is dull. but I was cutting tiny parts with a new 1/16" bit that I have done any times so I doubt the bit was dull. but it kept doing it it did it right away on the same part of the file so I skipped a bit of the file and it ran for a few minutes did it again. turned the machine off but it still did it. I had to leave so instead of putting the computer to sleep I finally turned of off. I had had some strange crashes so it may have needed rebooting. I cut one sheet earlier today without a issue. yesterday I adjusted the z roller guides as I found some slop in them.
