So heres whats happening...for some reason my shopbot is not cutting perfectly level across the table. Say for example, I used the spoiler board bit and completely resurface the spoiler board. I can immediately put in another bit, say a 3/8' down cut or whatever really, zero it near the front of the table, lets say x12 y12, and run a path to cut at .000 back and forth zig zag across the table. Where I zeroed it, its perfect, no cuts. But, the farther it goes down the x axis of the table, the deeper it cuts. Maybe even to like .012-.015 towards the end. I cannot for the life of me figure out why this happens. Everything is perfectly level and all the feet are stabilized, and I am running the most current version of shopbot software. Any ideas?
Machine is a PRS standard, 96x48, with a Columbo 5hp spindle.

How is your spoiler board being down?

It is glued to the plenum with Tite3. I rolled the whole top surface of the plenum and laid the spoiler on top, and put (6) 50lb bags of salt on it overnight to dry.

Do you have a vac table hold down?

Do you have a vac table hold down?

I have 2 of the vaccubes, one to each half of the table

You should be running them when you surface your tabletop, and running when testing for a flat tabletop.

Ok to be honest I'm not sure if I was running them or not. Ill do it next time I resurface though. Thanks
