Dear Kentucky Proud Program Member,
On January 18, 2017, the Kentucky Society of Washington will hold their 18th quadrennial celebration to honor Kentucky and the inauguration of the President of the United States. The reception and dinner will be held in Washington D.C. on that Wednesday evening. Each of the estimated 1000+ attendees of the Bluegrass Ball, including politicians, celebrities, Washington tastemakers, proud Kentuckians, and friends of Kentucky, will receive a gift bag of Kentucky-based souvenirs and products.
As a Kentucky Proud member, we wanted to share this opportunity with you. If you wish to donate any of your products as souvenirs for the gift bags or if you are interested in contributing food items for the meal, please contact Mari-Scarlett Hirte at bluegrassballgiftbags@gmail.com. Should you have any additional questions or need more information regarding the event, please contact Mari-Scarlet directly. The deadline to indicate interest is December 20th. Shipping from Kentucky can be arranged. Promotional consideration will be given to all donors.
